  1. @peterbenko9395  Drug use once barred you from employment. Now, a drug can be mandated in order to be allowed to have a job? No. Lots of courts have struck down many mandates, under various legal theories.

Anything serious in above one or two per 100,000 is considered noteworthy. You don't read journals? NIH makes them available for free in its library.

  26. ​ @jb1139 Actuarial tables that insurers use. The fact is, the raw data needs to be carefully vetted first, then multivariate analysis must be done -- a lengthy, expensive project requiring careful judgment and candor. Nah. Won't happen. But nothing less can provide definitive answers.
