  2. Americans pay HUGE insurance premiums, and still we can lose our coverage. Or, insurance can refuse our claims. How do other countries pay less overall, and their people can't lose coverage, and will have their bills paid? If we had better healthcare, and solid guarantees, in return for paying more money, at least there would be some rationale for the system. We pay much more and get much less. And have to worry all the time. This is insane.
