I WISH every American could hear these ten minutes, starting here: 1:00:17 He talks about France and UK, but the story applies to Biden and Trump. Biden needed Trump like Macron needs Le Pen. UK revolted and voted Brexit for good reason. Their jobs and unions were deliberately destroyed, then they got a few lousy handouts from supercilious Tony Blair, who was supposedly Labour. Brexit was a vote against this system. He said Hillary would prefer to see Trump, or even Satan, become president before she could tolerate a Bernie Sanders.

People mention "Gender Studies," a very rare major (Business is the most common major by far), as the example of a pernicious course of study. Maybe. But did you know? "Financial Engineering" is a major now. I wonder what those people are studying. /s

I am glad he talked at length about stabilization. The risk that the implosion of capitalism will be a catastrophe beyond compare is great. It will benefit no one.

@veronicasanacion What if gods are just as bad as (the rest of) our leaders? I wonder about that. What if the ancients weren't entirely wrong? I'm not convinced any religion is entirely wrong.

@veronicasanacion This is really interesting. I'm agnostic, and I mean it literally: I don't know. Claiming there are no phenomena we can document as having happened but that we cannot explain, much less that there is no/are no god(s), is claiming vastly more than we know. Also, we don't really know all that much more than all the people who came before us knew, the billions of people across millenia. What they were experiencing and tried to capture poetically was not some "delusion."
