  1. The REASON people say "gender" rather than "sex" is because "sex" is also an activity. I support the correct use of the terms as explained by The Rational National. But there is nothing nefarious about the misuse of the term "gender" in Chappelle's case. It IS a misuse, however. Useful explanation. Let's use terms correctly. Having said that, if there is a good reason Chappelle ought to self-censor, you have a serious burden of proof. Just saying that this or that joke endangers peoples' lives is not sufficient.

  3.  @sirius1696  Little kids know they don't want to have kids, ever? Little kids can be made to understand the possible risks to fertility of these drugs, and make an informed choice? Of course not.

  4.  @amiaswolfgang  "Most" doesn't cut it. How can every child be sure? And a 16-year-old is past puberty, so that's not who we are talking about at all. Some are already having top surgery, and hence are permanently deprived of the ability to breast feed. Also, adoption wasn't the question. The right to be a birth parent someday, to have the opportunity open to them, so that they can CHOOSE, can never be denigrated. You don't deprive a child of that unless there is absolutely no option. Your faith in technology is tragic.
