@janlampert5688 Not what it says. Unless the message is made crystal clear, I object to suggesting any more erosion of the Bill of Rights whatsoever. We have lost a LOT already. I'm sure you have noticed, too.

Biden ads asking for money right before this video. 😂😂😂
5
Agreed! I only joined this during the shutdown, and not right away. I have never had a Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other such thing. My quality of life first went up, and that didn't last. Now, this is a very seriously bad habit. ;(
5
Most likely explanation, that.

Try putting his full name in a search engine, and see some big tax cases he lost come right up.

I remember well when some states wanted to impose a script to recite to patients seeking an abortion. It was struck down very quickly. I think the most that can be required is to have literature on alternatives available, which is reasonable -- if the information is accurate. Accurate information is good.
5
@taragnor Gideon v. Wainwright, US Supreme Court decision in 1963. Duh. There was no right to a lawyer at public expense before 1963.
5
Kim! You were GREAT on Grayzone yesterday.
4
So Ukraine has opportunities, and not only for Hunter and his cronies? Good to hear.
4
It doesn't. Nor did it work for him.
4
@GordonCaledonia The investigation concerning whether he should stand trial isn't even complete. Kim just explained that most of the allegations, even if true, cannot be framed as crimes.
4
I can. 100% false. Every word. I'm an attorney and I helped an elderly widow save her home from the IRS. Her late husband did this to her, and he told her exactly the same story. This was in the early 1990s. If you don't know how to figure this out for yourself, think about what you need to do to improve your research skills and avoid being the victim of scams. Look up the Sixteenth Amendment, and find out about what happened to challenges to it.

4
This is all FALSE.
4
I wish I were optimistic.
4
His style of delivery presumes far too much knowledge before he even gets started. I wish he were more careful to lay a foundation and then rant. Even I had trouble following, and I get this stuff.
4
Every time I hear about this explosion, I think of the British sinking of the French fleet, Mers el Kebir, despite the directive to French captains not to surrender their ships to the Nazi Germans, and just as the sailors on at least one of the largest ships were about to mutiny and join the Resistance on Britain's side. I don't know why that incident keeps coming to mind.
4
9:46 Why Kim is loved.
4
Oh no. When the US says "human rights," better check your missile silos.
4
When the question concerning excess deaths was raised, and I posted comments on a pro-vaccine doctor's website that so many things had changed at the same time since 2020 that to figure out the contribution of each will require a multivariate analysis -- which is difficult to do, requires making well-justified judgments, and takes a lot of time. Every post where I wrote the word "multivariate" was immediately removed. What is more interesting is that incoherent rants against vaccines were allowed to stay up --- so that people could conclude that only idiots had concerns? Cute how that is, huh?
4
@brandonburns5365 Mine was just deleted before it appeared. Made similar point to yours.
4
A lot of "blue" states have lifted the mandates, but left it up to the individual universities. A lot of employers, including government employers, no longer have mandates.
4
@MJW238 No, she said IF it turned out to be true. On a more important note, you do see that it's over for the US, correct? The downward spiral since 1980 can no longer be reversed.
4
Translation: all of these should be banned for anyone under 30 without a good reason, like a serious risk factor.
4
If a commercial jet is a common carrier, the issue is not so cut and dry. You may well have a constitutional right to board, and the burden is on HER to prove that there is a compelling reason to prohibit you from boarding, and that there is no other way to alleviate any legitimate government concern about letting you on. "Good luck, sweetie."
4
@taragnor The Fourteenth Amendment didn't exist back then. And the right to a lawyer at public expense did not exist back then, either.
4
He is lying. I am absolutely sure. I helped save an elderly widow whose late husband did this to her. She almost lost her house. This was 30 years ago. Same story.
4
There are extradition treaties in place. The lawyers claim they do not apply to Assange. He probably must return to Australia if he wins.
3
If she gets a lawyer, she may get in under the wire. The publicity is getting too hot for them, they want 💰 and don't want trouble.
3
@BOZ_11 Did he borrow against vast assets to live? Because as a general strategy, that would work. That is what billionaires do. They also buy Treasury bonds, so we have to pay them interest.
3
@BOZ_11 Try putting his full name in a search engine, and see some of the tax cases he lost come right up. Light reading? 100 pages on an average day. Paper books and everything.
3
Can you believe how many people are falling for this? A bunch got busted decades ago, and it's still around.
3
Wexner was not only Epstein's mentor, but the single biggest donor to Harvard's Kennedy School of Government (where Samantha Power holds court). His money was green until he decided to pull out a few weeks ago because of the war in Gaza. This was all in plain sight, no sleuthing needed. MSM reported it, official websites said so.
3
France just made vaccine passports illegal for minors.
3
It was just made illegal in France for minors. It is a start.
3
@emmalynne7851 It is a crime that you were put through this ordeal. You are one of our true heros, 2020 and 2021.
3
@majorpuggington I am so sorry. The way people were treated was criminal. I don't use the word lightly.
3
@emmalynne7851 It is simply true. These two years were hell. Looking back, I marvel at the courage of those who continued to work, especially in medicine.
3
I knew no good would come of this.
3
@jgalt308 The Ninth Circuit just summarily rejected his latest appeal as meritless.
3
All right, let's be candid. Is anyone surprised? What did you all think would happen?
3
Russians are Eurasian, not "pure" European. Look at who the BRICS are, including the new members. Russia is the only predominately European country. There's a reason for that.
3
@leechgully Yes, I had heard much of the crowd was manufactured consent. But it did take place. That was my point.
3
@nicklebuck Well, don't be a shallow thinker. It's late in the day.
3
Medvedev must not have had an mRNA vaccine, either, huh? He's Russian.
3
Brilliant video. Thank you, Kim.
3
Blaire White. Wow is she great!
3
Vaccines always have an extra layer of risk that necessitate caution BECAUSE they are administered to healthy people. First Do No Harm is particularly important for vaccines. Even the word itself is misleading, because vaccines are good or bad case-by-case. They are not all good or all bad. They are not all equally effective. They don't all work in the same way. Their risk is unique to each one. The blanket term "vaccines" should be scuttled.
3
They are lazy.
3
We also haven't investigated what a combination of prior exposure/illness plus vaccination does to people, possibly completely unnecessary by any lights.
