  1. Vaccines always have an extra layer of risk that necessitate caution BECAUSE they are administered to healthy people. First Do No Harm is particularly important for vaccines. Even the word itself is misleading, because vaccines are good or bad case-by-case. They are not all good or all bad. They are not all equally effective. They don't all work in the same way. Their risk is unique to each one. The blanket term "vaccines" should be scuttled.
