Yes, where dumping toxins in rivers and plains is something a megacorporation simply pays a fine to do, treating fines as a cost of doing business while people die of cancers, the corporate charter should be revoked, which allows for going after the people responsible directly. Also, criminal acts should be prosecuted. None of these cases are about global warming. They are about provable acts of putting dangerous toxins in the environment.
