  1. Here's a thought. If these particular symptoms emerge, consider whether you have had a moderately severe illness over the last 3 to 6 months -- either a virus, or an infection for which you took antibiotics for more than 7 days. It could be post-viral syndrome or your microbiome. Be sure to treat that. See whether that helps.
