@sannywicca7504 Explain the Westboro Baptist Church case, RAV v. City of St. Paul, Brandenburg v. Ohio. RAV was a Scalia opinion, and Scalia joined the opinion on the flag-burning case (Texas v. Johnson, I believe). You're confusing the First Amendment with Miss Manners.

Their first reflex is to freeze people out of jobs and to crush First Amendment-protected speech and expression. Concerning law firms, NYCLU is already representing Jewish Voice for Peace against Columbia on First Amendment grounds. Dig up the complaint.
