  1. My self-sabotage is surprising: I'm telling myself I need to get along with everyone, so if someone objects to something about me, I'm to blame. It "must be" my own fault. I've been the patsy of every jealous person. 😂😂😂 The large number of jealous people is not my fault. If someone else had showed up, they would have been jealous of that person. Being the easy target every time IS my problem, in spades.

  4. Maybe they are mountains because you are allowing the aggression of others to undermine you. There are a lot of very aggressive people around now. I know I try to make ant hills out of actual mountains. That won't work.
