  1. If an attorney decides to become a foreign agent and represent foreign governments, they should cease practicing law, meaning representing individuals. If they don't, then they will risk compromising client confidentiality and attorney-client privilege. Laughing off attorney-client privilege, like this report, does is a disgrace. That's not the problem.
