  1. ​@leftypaws1131 You're the one who is quick to weave a narrative. Evidence, and its chain of custody, comes first. There is no reason to believe he is innocent, nor is it reasonable to believe that he "must be" guilty. But he has no obligation to prove innocence.

  5. @alfasiger4178  It was stated that "a knife" as well as a firearm were taken from Kohberger's home, which is supposed to make you believe it is the murder weapon. No mention of DNA taken from the knife seized, no mention of it fitting the sheath left at the scene that I can find. If they've said more, feel free to point to your sources. Any normal person wants to see actual perpetrators arrested and convicted.

  6. @alfasiger4178  No knife used in the murders was left at the scene. Hence no perpetrator staked out the house after the murders in order to retrieve the knife.

  7. I don't think it's inexplicable, but to meet the proper burden of proof under the law, it needs to be explained.
