@TheBakingGirlShow You have no idea whether this is true. Yet something within you made you write it, post it, and not delete it. You told us nothing about baby sam, but a lot about Eva.

@TheBakingGirlShow How would you know? "All I said was . . . " And all I said was that you told us who YOU are. You have no idea who baby sam is. You brought up guilt, shame, etc., not me. I don't assume you feel either. I have no idea whether you're capable of it.

@TheBakingGirlShow You sure did bring up guilt and shame, to me. You didn't even bother to delete before denying! Funny. :)

@TheBakingGirlShow You seem to think you're in charge of their diagnosis -- even though it is a fact that CHILDREN do not have BPD, nor a slew of other mental and emotional illnesses, many of which only surface after puberty, and often a full decade after puberty, due to the way the human brain and higher cognitive functions develop. So your whole point was ridiculous. Wonder why you made it?

@TheBakingGirlShow I wish you peace, love, nirvana, and bliss. And of course safety, because, well . . . People who need to bully, yeah. After their irresistible impulse to kick someone who shared an injustice they suffered, as a child. Of course safety. 'Nuf said.

@TheBakingGirlShow I said no such thing. You claimed you didn't bring up "guilt" and "shame" to ME, which you certainly did. I don't care if you do or don't delete, do or don't edit, do or don't misrepresent. The opinions you have expressed are of no consequence to anyone at this point. If they hurt anyone's feelings earlier, they sure don't have any effect now!

@TheBakingGirlShow Fast thinker, fast writer. Standing up to bullies is a family tradition. My father was a virtuoso at it.

@Inez De Kleine Just curious. Were you the teacher who would punish a kid who was beaten up all year the very first time he summoned the courage to fight back? Reading between the lines, I'm sure I'm not the only one who got that impression, etc. Think. Take your time. Oh, and look up "passive aggressive."

All the more reason to point out that for some people, there is some risk. Probably not for most, and probably the opposite issue, hoarding and harmful clutter, is much more common and causing much more anxiety. All the more reason to point out that "one size does not fit all."

@Inez De Kleine If the person who wished ME "safety" removes that comment, I will be very pleased to remove mine. There was no threat. People who bully could very well find that one day others will bully them. Is "live by the sword, die by the sword" a threat? No. It is a call to be sensible, and mindful of the consequences of ill-considered actions. Shame on you for accusing others of illegal speech with no evidence.

Who was "ragging" on her? Simply pointing out there is a risk to some people, which is true.

@ScrappyKitty15 The bullies are loud, and take up the space around us, but please know you have far, far more friends. Not false friends who pity or patronize, but real friends who are proud and honored to stand with you.
3
@Inez De Kleine Who threatened whom? Someone wished me "peace and safety." I echo that very same sentiment. Of course. Are you okay? Please don't accuse people on the Internet of horrible conduct, and illegal conduct, or insinuate as much. That may be considered defamatory. I am not being facetious. Your admonition shocked me.

@Dragonflylane77 Thank you! That's very kind of you.
