  3. How is a city where you have to be a millionaire to live a "progressive" city? How is a K-12 school where tuition is over $65,000 a year (hence $845,000, unadjusted, for the full 13 years), where fewer than 25% get any financial aid, a "progressive" school? Where do these words come from?
