Transitioning kids is like saying that to prove you support the civil rights of the disabled, you have to break kids' knees

Please never blame yourself. EVERYONE has made mistakes, everyone. Those who lied to us -- and systematically denounced the truth-tellers as liars -- are entirely to blame. I have never seen anything like it. My parents made mistakes with my medical care, and it has never occurred to me to blame them. I never even articulated it until now. Take this as a lesson -- study biology, take night classes, learn to read original research and assess it, make a commitment to good nutrition and other good health habits right now. There has never been more solid information, if you know how to judge its value (there are a lot of people jumping on the bandwagon, too, and it's not always obvious who is providing solid advice), so you can do better in the future for all those you love. Do that in his memory.

@Kube_Dog Not true. It took a LOT of character and brain power to see through the manufactured FOG.

@Kube_Dog It also took the ability to resist being called a monster and having people wish for your demise. That's not easy for everyone. I resisted, but if my grandmother were still alive . . . ? That might have tipped the balance. Also, a lot of people have no knowledge base and are very easily frightened. A lot of people generally ignore health news because it leaves them squeamish. I'm serious. A lot of peoplecannot say no to a doctor.

@Kube_Dog But emotional drama is EXACTLY how people are persuaded, especially to do unwise things.

2:12:44 Look up the Swedish public health recommendations. For 2024, boosters are universally recommended for those over age 80. You read that right. All other groups are told to get a booster only if they have a reason, and for 65 to 79, the reason would be needing home health assistance. A 67-year-old who is healthy and still works could get it, but no one is pushing them. They don't fall under the recommendation. We still give it to toddlers???

@DreamDiaryOfTrap In the future, look up what the public health/ministries of health of other countries are recommending. It takes digging, sure, but it's all online, in English. For example, in Sweden, for 2024, they recommend universal boosters for those over 80. Yes. Eighty. You read that right. People who need home health assistance and are 65 or over are also recommended to get it. Not universal. Healthy 76 year old? Don't need it. Eye-opening, huh? Smh.

@DreamDiaryOfTrap hope you are allowed to read what I just wrote 🫣
