  1. What causes it? Usually jealousy of some sort. There was something you had that they wanted. I always thought there must be some other reason. I always looked for some other reason. There never was.

  2. The kids he knew were the pathological ones, not him. No one plots elaborate bullying like that. Unless they plan to become, say, Jim Jones or Charlie Manson.
