  1. Amen!! Back in the 1980s, Mitterrand had a great natality policy. In his first term, PCF was part of the government (and France was flooded with CIA assets as a result). That policy prevented tens of thousands of abortions, while preserving choice and paying most of the cost of elective abortion (but ALL the cost of childbearing, for all women, and that included a clothing allowance). But no one ever talks about that. Hmm.
