  1. Did you read the unfair labor practice charge? No, simply occupying a space that others believe you should not occupy is not "violence," even if the latter are ultimately judged to be correct. One's own workplace, the environs of one's workplace, traditional First Amendment fora, designated First Amendment fora, etc., . . . You think it's clear who does or does not have a right to be there?
