  1. "Free markets" degenerate into monopoly capital. Pretending capitalism is based on "free markets," and linking the two in people's minds is the biggest scam they've been able to pull off. The last "free market" existed in the 19th century, if it ever did, by any fair measure.

  2.  @wmski  If socialist experiments are doomed to fail, why are they subject to sanctions? Why all the CIA efforts to overthrow literally hundreds of countries to make sure socialism fails? Just leave it alone, it will. BTW, I saw no effort by the US to resist the Chinese Communist Party. We've accepted that bargain. It's inextricable, now.
