I am still attempting to determine whether Russian troops have actually crossed the border into Ukraine proper, and taken new positions within Ukrainian territory beyond what they had prior to this week. Discrepancies wherever you look. I invite everyone to look, including the current map on the first page of the NYTimes online edition. Best of luck.

  2. NYTimes map just said as much. Just checked it. I have yet to resolve the discrepancies I see in multiple sources, including non-English language. :/ Age of Information . . . 😕

  3.  @Kinkle_Z  I guess my point is, this time, even THEY are not claiming that the Russian troops at the border have already crossed it. Only Biden said "invasion." Joe, I mean. Not Hunter.
