  1. A true threat is not and has never been First Amendment-protected "free speech." Don't confuse matters. The protesters supporting the Palestinian children -- that is free speech. Unfortunately, that speech is resulting in negative consequences for the protesters.

  2. When you take an oath to support the Constitution, you are supposed to endeavor not to issue orders that violate the Constitution. Then the Court won't be so busy. As it stands, when someone sues and properly invokes the jurisdiction of a federal court, they are entitled to press their case -- against Trump, Musk, or anyone. Then the court will rule on that case. That's how that works.

  3. You give too much credit to the average voter. Face the truth. Don't think they aren't cheering. Don't underestimate greed and ressentment.
