  1. This is preposterous. What do you think is going to happen when millions more lose insurance? The "middle," which is insured, will see premiums and deductibles skyrocket. And more medical debt bankruptcies will force up consumer borrowing costs. This is no longer politics, it is pure economics. TIME TO LEAD.

  4.  @vger9186  No idea what you mean. The two programs are fundamentally different, first of all. Second, Medicaid isn't working. Self-selection skews every pool.

  5. Every other developed country has universal health care. No other developed country has bankrupties due to medical bills. Every other developed country has fewer obese people, opioid deaths, teen pregnancies, substance abuse, and lower infant and maternal mortality. Every single one has a longer life expectancy. And now, we are doing the worst among developed countries in stemming new COVID outbreaks, while those still looking for jobs will soon be without insurance and without the means to pay for ACA. The lowest premiums in ACA are for policies that have huge deductibles -- as much as $6000 a year in some cases. What needs to happen? Medicaid is state-by-state; some states grant access based on income alone. Others require you to exhaust your savings first. Are these too many facts for one political soundbite?

And your own security forces, land sea and air. If you can't afford a yacht stay home where you belong. I don't want to pay air traffic control for you. I'm not getting anything out of it.)
