  1. Hi Carol. I understand what you meant. You just didn’t want to invade someone’s privacy. If it wasn’t her, the person would have gotten angry at you for bothering them. You did call her and then a friend to drive to the van. Your instincts was not to knock on the door based on you didn’t know if it was her. I feel I would have felt the same way.
