The real global dominance doctrine for Washington since the 1970’s is to break up the EU Economic Block, which Washington sees as the real threat to the USA USD/Sterling Hegemony.   3. Hunkering down behind human shields in catacombs and being hit with standoff weaponry, isn't exactly the commonly held admirable traits of heroism and defence of the motherland. Azovstal Surrenders for Witness Protection under Moscow auspices as Zelensky only wants dead heroes, and would have liquidated them if they had been allowed to return to fall back to West Ukraine.
