  1. Moscow tactics seems to be not to capture territory and hold civilians which requires logistical support, especially if they are being used as Human Shields. Neither do they want to waste force and munition in close encounter entrenched small bait Azov Nazis units who have had eight years set up set play killing fields. Moscow's tactics is to leave the entrenched units where they are with their neutralise killing fields, and that still pins down logistic supports, while Moscow manoeuvre and grind down the Azov Nazis battalion size forces who are on the counter offensive with more effective stand-off munition.
