I like the idea of food prep. But I keep avoiding it… Not sure why… I don’t think it’s because I’m lazy. I’m just busy all the time. Which is why I know food prep would be a huge asset. By the way, thanks for the info on the Trader Joe’s Tortillas I know you’ve mentioned them several times. Good to know they’re clean so healthy… I just may try them… I generally try to stay on a lower carbohydrate, diet, higher and protein and vegetables. But when I start looking at some of the low-carb options, it kind of freaks me out a little bit… That may be an exaggeration… but, you get it. 28:22 Thanks, Scott!😅c
