  1. 💜 it’s good to listen to our bodies. Sleep is generally the best thing for us when we are sick. But it gets so hard after a while to just be sleeping early laying around. I know I’m lucky and I don’t get sick that often but when I am, I just try really hard to listen to my body and give it what it wants. I have to force myself to sit up at times just to be in a different position. I get what you mean about the tea and associating it with being sick. I’ve learned embrace tea differently in these last few years. I finding good ones that you enjoy is generally key. And adding the good honey is what makes it or breaks it. I enjoy tea in the evening at times just to, relax or destress that’s the same thing. Lol. Keep taking care of yourself!
