  1. I do every time but now the dispatcher gets annoyed with me cause I hear screaming threw the night few times in middle of the night . My house right by the stop sign and I don't live in a very awesome neighborhood but I call every time but I can identify the vehicle it's to dark out no lights close by . The closes one about 2 houses down
