  1. Thank you I'm wondering same thing . My neighbor lets her 3 and 5 year olds play outside alone and they have a pitbull who circles them with a chain almost chocked the 3 year old my brother had to untangled the chain around the child neck and their mom was up stairs on the phone .

My child 6 years old and would never allow him to play outside alone . You never know what can happen . A. Dog could come by and attack your child or a kidnapper or a crazy person . So parents stop being dumb and watch y'all children .
