  29. 1) Not everyone is going to buy a lifetime membership. 2) I suspect that somebody's thought through those trade-offs quite carefully ... and they'll stop selling lifetime memberships when they've raised ... whatever number they're trying to raise for current expansion. 3) They're trading 0% equity, which is a better deal than any VC would give them.
