  2. Um, restaurants in 95% of the world do absolutely fine without tipping. It's only U.S. restaurants that have a broken business model with terrible margins.

  3. Almost nobody thinks that they're 'wealthy'; it's a question of frame of reference. I fly in first class, but I know people who own jets.

  4. It doesn't seem that poor people care about the distinction between those of us who fly in first class vs people who own multiple jets -- we're all 'too rich' from their perspective.
