  3. WSL2 ... you can very easily run either the GUI (X11) or terminal Emacs on Windows.

  6.  @DistroTube  Well, it can be; you can also run `emacs -nw` (or compile Emacs without GUI support for a TTY-only system) ... Basically Emacs is ... whatever you configure it to be ... for better or worse.
