I watched the video. Thank you. I've tried to make similar points here in the past, they were not well received. I gave up and unsubscribed. The foods this channel promotes are common in the US and in the absence of much more knowledge is difficult to persuade people to eat differently. I already knew a lot of what was in the video but not to the extent it was explained. I have olive oil and avocado oil in my house but I primarily cook with butter unless it's high heat. I'm going to watch the video again and learn more. He makes the case powerfully and backs it up again and again. It would be difficult to watch that video and walk away from it unchanged.
