  1. Yes, he is very wrong about clean keto. It's unfortunate because people will watch this and many will be misled. I wish he had done more to prepare for this discussion. He could have talked about how clean keto is healthy and the differences between eating that way and eating dirty keto unhealthily. I think he has a responsibility to come into an interview like this informed and the fact that he did not is very disappointing.
