  1. Go carnivore. The carnivore way of eating will rejuvenate you. That was what your cardiologist was trying to say but he was being careful about it. Bread, sugar, pasta, fruit juices are all pro-inflammatory. I'm very glad he didn't recommend a statin, statins are almost always more harmful than beneficial. I believe you are in good hands with him. If you are eating sugar and fruit juice and bread and pasta, please do what he suggested and get rid of those foods. Grass-fed, grass-finished beef, eggs preferably from chickens that are free to pasture, butter from grass-fed cows, full fat dairy if tolerated, wild caught fish. You are an important voice in a sea of noise, please take care of yourself, as you stated you have a lot to accomplish. We need you.
