  1. Why are you narrating this as though it were a joke? This is something people do, it is dangerous and stupid but you making a joke of it will not be a deterrent. Those who might do something like this will think it's funny and will reason that if it were really dangerous you would be more serious about it. I don't know if you have an attorney, if you do you should consult with her. Speaking as an attorney, your disclaimer in the description is inadequate. I would not want to represent someone who tacitly encourages people to do dangerous things by making them seem entertaining, while maintaining plausible deniability by pointing to a one line disclaimer buried in the description. I understand that you want to do something you enjoy and have fun doing it. I think that's possible without running the risk of actively harming people by influencing them to do dangerous things. At the very least primum non nocere. (First, do no harm)
