  1. I don't understand why he says those processed foods are delicious. I don't find them delicious. I never did. They taste artificial. They're designed to be addictive but once you know what's in them they're no longer appealing. Do I still want to eat something I bake? Sure, because that's delicious. But the highly processed fast food? I find that stuff pretty gross. Not appealing at all
