@sarahbrown5073 why? Because of the knock on effect every country around the world is facing due to multiple factors including war, the pandemic and the climate. Is it a fact that uk scientists are doing groundbreaking work on nuclear fusion?

@sarahbrown5073 we don’t have as many power plants as those countries, and we have been at the forefront of renewable energy development for decades. The cost of electricity will come down

@LiamE69 exactly, we don’t have the work force. We aren’t the only country france is building nuclear power stations for btw. The are considered the best of the best clearly, and it’s certainly not the first joint venture between both nations.

@julianpetkov8320 Russia has also stolen over ten trillion pounds worth of grain and foodstuffs from Ukraine. Ukraine supplied 40% of the worlds grains and foodstuffs before being invaded. Why do you think the cost of food had gone up so much hm? Imagine praising the c***’s who have caused the energy and cost of living crisis for everyone.
