If he’s innocent, why does he have to go back to satisfy bail conditions? That genuinely doesn’t make any sense whatsoever, especially when the tate’s admit themselves they must go back to Romania because of bail conditions 😅

@AJ........ 15 isn’t legal in Romania……. It was changed to 16, and Andrew was caught in a relationship with a 15 year old after the age of consent was as raised!

@soulfireonfire6423 it’s not odd at all, why would they pursue a case when romania had them on house arrest and under judicial control. America was probably waiting to see if they were found guilty or not before opening their own investigation into the tate’s, and the tate’s travelling to America has just opened the door to an investigation by the American authorities. He’s looking at life in prison if America finds him guilty btw
