The evidence is irrefutable/overwhelming, he sold a course that is the definition of human trafficking, claims he himself built his webcam business using said method, and his actions in life match his words 🤷♂️. His indictment, and what evidence the Romanian prosecutors allow the public to see can’t be questioned in the slightest. The Tate’s have tried to get evidence made inadmissible (wire tapped messages) and have failed lol. Wire tapped messages and his bank statements show he was still running a webcam studio and being paid by myfreecams in 2022, despite the tate’s claims of the webcam business ending “ten years ago”. Both tate’s are being prosecuted for human trafficking of minors, who they also had working on myfreecams and other adult platforms. It’s a pretty open and shut case when you see the official court documents, match those official court documents to the words of the tate’s. They have messages showing both Tristan and Andrew using force, fraud and coercion……. It can’t be argued against when they have evidence that comes directly from the tate’s own mouths.

The American women in their civil case has just put in a counter sue against the tate’s, and a judge is now reviewing the counter case and is also reviewing the tate’s appeal to have the evidence in her counter case barred to the public. The tate’s are currently terrified that evidence will be seen by the public, because the evidence proves beyond a shadow of a doubt they will be found guilty in the Romanian case. The tate’s are doing everything possible to manipulate the truth and control the narrative.
