  1. Joe Scott You're TOTALLY wrong about pressurized water, and especially about refrigerators using air. Where do you get this ridiculous crap? I'm a physicist and you're WRONG!! Do you get your "research" from Wikipedia and then mis-read all of it, or what?? Fridges use fluorocarbons all the way around the cycle.

  2. Problem is not safety, it's cost. ALL nuclear schemes cost 3-5 TIMES the cost per kW-hr as the SAME AMOUNT OF ENERGY produced by wind and solar. SECOND problem, we can do solar and wind TODAY, the technology is IN USE NOW!! But it could take 20-40 YEARS to build enough nuclear reactors to do the same, too late for climate change!! If we go nuclear we condemn the planet's climate and the developing world to ruin, if we go solar and wind on a wartime footing, we can win. FINANCIALLY WE CANNOT AFFORD TO DO BOTH, ONLY ONE, NOW CHOOSE!
