  1. Nobody was there with them in the hotel room. Married women afflicted with conflicting desires for other men, whether well recognized by the woman or subconscious, is an old story. A woman who goes through such a sexual act and enjoys it and also feels guilt, and both at the time and later feels duplicitous about it, is understandable. It does NOT, however, define it as rape. I doubt anyone apart from the two of them and their accounts, and only if they both told the complete truth, would ever know what was the case, and even then they might disagree. This is why women, unless they report it to authorities at the time, cannot be trusted to be giving accurate accounts. They can testify to what they felt, but those feelings may be confused and conflicted. Without immediate report and corroborating injury, it is not actionable. Given the strength of the quadriceps of most women, it is impossible to see how a woman could be raped without other injury compelling her if it was truly against her will. It is an insult to women to assume that any woman is such a helpless flower that she could be raped while laying there unresisting. Getting involved in this SJW partisan bullshit at this time is unbecoming to Jimmy Dore.
