  3. All lies. There are no "chemicals" in the shots. They are killed virus, nothing harmful except simple preservatives found in all packaged food. It has nothing to do with what you eat, there has never been any proof of that. Your immune system is composed of antibodies, which is what the vaccine causes production of. Health food woo-woo is nonsense. Eat well and maybe take a multivitamin. Most so-called health foods are just foods with the same things as in food.
