You're not understanding. Listen carefully to my every word, please. The complicated information has confused you.
Yes, non-symptomatic infected persons who were NOT vaccinated can infect others. But people who are vaccinated do NOT, and this protection is almost complete. It CAN happen that someone who is vaccinated will not develop immunities, that can happen in 5% of vaccinated people, because Pfizer and Moderna are 95% effective. But a vaccination that "takes" DOES almost completely eliminate spread, because it prevents the virus from replicating after the body recognizes it. The virus can no longer make more of its virons, and so it cannot spread to others. This is how effective herd immunity occurs due to vaccination. So, to reiterate, vaccination DOES stop spread when it is effective, which is 95% of the time. This can, if everyone gets vaccinated, eliminate the spread and extincts the virus.
