  2. He threatened her with arrest, which is WRONG, she HAS the right to refuse a roadside presumptive field sobriety test for DUI and insist on a blood draw OR intoxalizer!! She can be taken to get a blood draw or to the PD station and use their accredited machine, which is the only ones accepted in court. He CANNOT threaten her with arrest if she refuses roadside presumptive tests which are NOT accurate. Ask any attorney about this!!
