The reason the homeless cite for their lives falling apart is PRECISLY being deprived of a home from which to conduct and rebuild a decent life!! If everyone had a home that BY LAW could NEVER be taken from them for ANY reason, there could be NO homelessness! This society tolerating the very existence of a rich class that can even CLAIM the ownership of ANYONE else's home but their own is what causes this!! People should be FORBIDDEN to claim ownership of ANY home but the one they live in!!
