  1. A decent society MUST protect the weak from the strong. Some are more capable, some are less. But everyone deserves a decent life. Why? Because everyone is equal before the law, and children deserve a decent life, even if their parents are not very capable. Why do they deserve it? Because they are HUMAN BEINGS JUST LIKE YOU ARE!! This means equal wage for ALL. The rich stealing the worker's income for themselves when they do NO WORK is criminal!! It is the last remaining form of SLAVERY, as it WILL be recognized to be in our better future. In the next century the rich of this era will be regarded with the same hate and derision as slave owners in the old south!! Conservatism has always been a dying position, itself becoming ever more social justice oriented with time. The conservatism of the last century would shock ANYONE living now!!
