It was started by a violent warlord who only concocted a phony baloney visitation of an "angel" which told him allah supported whatever he wanted, which was the criminal fascist sexist conquest of the world. ALL muslims who cause more trouble over their religion than, say, hindus, should be imprisoned and deported. Mild muslims who don't promote sharia or cause trouble may stay.
