People would get a 103-104 F fever and be so sick they couldn't stand up for days and be dizzy and have diarrhea and vomiting? We made all that DISAPPEAR!! If you don't get the flu shot every year you're being protected by the rest of us who did!! WE drove the flu into near extinction that way, used to be almost everyone would get it, it would be nearly crippling in winter, people out of work, older people hiding from their relatives or getting it and being hospitalized or dying!! The flu shot made those cases drop nearly to zero.
