  3. You're Canadian? You're a brave man lol...I suspect crime and garbage is related to a sense of comfort around entropy. Cultures with higher IQs can't stand entropy and try to instill order. Take a look at a peer-reviewed IQ map by country or even the international PISA test scores (international standardized test for 15-16 year olds in the OECD). Those Asian countries (esp. Singapore) are at the top. They also have the lowest homicide rates per 100,000 population. I think Singapore might be the safest. Hoping for your safety from the RCMP one day lol.
